VEFfICOSE VEINS TREATMENT. USE OF INJECTION. LONDON, July 1Medical men report a new ik-scpy-ery for the treatment of varicose veins, obviating the necessity foe surgical removal. In oonsmts of the. injection of a fluid- which causes milk inflammation inside the vein am converts the swollen vessel into t thin, fibrous cord. This gives no further trouble. , Various substances are used m« o injection including glucose, sodium salicylate and quinine. A large Proportion of permanent cures are ieported.
