CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED. The Government Meteorologist (Dr. E. Kids on) telegraphed the lollowing forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day:—> The indications /are for northerly winds strong to gale. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer falling.
