JOCKEY DISQUALIFIED. Press Asscointion- —Copyi'Vghl. ROTORUA, This Day. The Judicial Committee of the Rotorua Racing Club heard charges against C. N, Oarmont, the jockey at Rotorua, on June 22 hud 23, and found “that Garment was a party to a conspiracy that Dress Circle should win the Pohutu Highweight Handicap on February 11, that Lad(y Ointra should win the Tarawcra Highweight Handicap on February 13 and Garment he disqualified under the rules of racing for twelve months from this date.” The personnel of the committee was Ur. H- Rertram, Messrs A. H. Tripe, M. H. Hampson, J. J. Hockley, M.P.
