KELLOC’S NEW NOTE.

Mr Kellogg new Note dealing with the terms of the peace pact lias been delivered at Downing Street from where it will he transmitted to Australia and New Zealand. The text will probably be issued on Sunday.—Australian Press Association.
LONDON, June 24
The text lias been issued of Mr. Kellogg’s draft anti-war treaty. Itl has been addressed to fourteen nations, including Japan, Poland, Ozccbo-Slovakia and other Locarno signatories the British Dominions' and India. It consists of two main articles firstly solemnly condemning the recourse to war for the solution of international controversies, and renouncing it as an instrument of national policy, and secondly agreeing to a solution of all disputes whatsoever their character by Pacific means. — Australian Press Assn.
