DAUGHTER CHARGED

Esiie said her daughter advised her to- convert Government Bonds valued at twenty- , two thousand into cash, and re-in- j vest it in mortgages at eight per cent., which was a better proposition. To this the mother acquiesced and_the cash was brought homo and hidden in a sofa and a gas) stove. Thei following morning the daughter, Mr s Cressy rose much' earlier man usual and rushed into her mother's room and exclaimed the money had been stolen.
