The Federal Territories department has received a copy of a resolution from the London Missionary Society congratulating the Papuan Government upon the successful exploratory expedition across part of this great island, and the discovery by two of its officers, G. Karins and I. Champion, of the sources of the fly and. Sepik Rivers. The opinion expressed that this achievement is the greatest in Papuan history.—Austiliiiau Press Association.
