Mr. L. B. Davis, Borough Foreman, is confined to his home by indisposition. Master Tom Law son left by tha Rarawa last night ou his return tq school in Auckland. Mr Latham, late of Whangamomona, has taken up duty at the Stratford Post Office, on transfer. Mrs MoQuay and her son, Private Thomas George McQuay, 'arrived in Wellington by the Maunganui yesterday. Mr. George Macknight, who was until recently a member of the Strfetford Evening Post staff, .has joined the staff of Messrs. Goldberg Ltd., Advertising Agents, of Wellington
