BAD MOTOR ACCIDENT

THREE PERSONS INJURED. At about 11 o'clock Dust night a Serious motor accidentl occurred, a oar driven by Mr W. Hunwick, of Waipuku, colliding with a ' telegraph post on Ch.eal Road. • As a result three persons were admitted to the Hospital. Mr. Hunwick received severe lacerations on the face and right hand, and a bone in the right hand is broken. ;

Miss Mavis Ashton had her right thigh broken and suffered a compound fracture of the skull, with severe cerebral laceration. On ladmission to the hospital her condition was! very critical.

Miss Cora Smith is suffering from cuts and shock.
