DANCE AT TOKO. . A most successful dance was held at Toko last evening, when there was ' a large attendance including several parties from Stratford. Ttio danco was organised by the Mountain candidate’s committee and the candidate Miss Hilda Haldiano made the trip from the Mountain House to bo present. in introducing Miss Haldane who was given a very hearty reception, Mr J, C._Robins explained the objects of the carnival and stressed the fact that all parties should pull ' together as they all had tiro same object in view. It) was therefore necessary for all to assist each other in attending when possible functions organised by opposing candidates’ committees. otherwise any particular .Pfyrty would be successful at the expose of the whole) carnival. , Boulton’s orchestra supplied splendid music whilst Mr Mux Gern.ocfcr ciipahly carried out llm dntic s oil' M..C'.| A very dainty supper was partaken of and tho floor was in perfect order. Everyone present had a most enjoyable time and almost everyone left tho hall with a ha"! fee.
