At the inquest this morning into the death of a boy who could not swim, and who was drowned while using an inflated motor tube in the corporation baths, both the Custodian of the baths and the Coroner commented upo n the use of iaftated tyres and wings as being as they only encouraged those who could not swim to take risk s and get into deep water.
