WEST BRISTOL BY-ELECTION. \ LONDON, February 2. The by-election for West Bristol, due to the succession of Colonel Gibes (Conservative) to a peerage, resulted: — C. Culverwell (Conservative) 16,970 Lady Clare Annesley (Labour 7,702 W. Marcy (Liberal) 4,996 The figures for the previous election were: Colonel Gibbs (Conservative), 23,574; M. Giles (Labour), 6276.
