SATURDAY’S PLAY. At Christchurch, Canterbury beat Wellington, at Soccer, by 4 goals to 3. In a match played at Dunedin, Auckland beat Otago by 2 goals to 1. The only test match of the Australian School Boys’ tour was played at Blandford Park, Auckland, on Saturday, and ended in a draw. In the Chatham Cup semi final, played at Wellington, Marist beat St. Andrews by 4to nil. In the club championship Y.M.C.A. beat Seatown by 2 to nil. Wanganui Juniors beat New Plymouth Juniors by 7 to 2 at Hawera on Saturday.
