He said Walling in no way was r,e-spc-nsible .for'the accident. Either,. the pursuing';car got the wrong ' number o£ the number of Walling's car by mistake. Walling did hot know anything about the | accident until he was informed by another motorist, who passed him about a mile past the scene of the occurrence.
