The Otago v. Auckland Plunket Shield match was resumed in fine weather. Otago continued the innings, making 336. The scores were Shepherd 46, A. W. Alioo 48, Blamires 62, Matheson took three wickets for 82, Bowley four for 110. Auckland have lost two wickets for 212 (Bowley 85, Mill 34, Cooper not out 55). CANTERBURY V. WELLINGTON. CHRISTCHURCH, January 3. The Plunket Shield match, Canterbury v. Wellington, was resumed to-day. The sky was overcast and the -wicket was good. • Canterbury scored 107 in the first innings _(W. R.
