GOING FOR REFIT. WELLINGTON, December 24. ■ The, Now .Zealand flagship Dunedin leaves for England next month'for a re-fit and will be out of Dominion waters for 6 months. Commodore Swabey transfers his pennant, to the Dipmede. The date ou'° which the Dunedm. sails has not yet been fixed. Certain of the officers will also transfer to the Diomede. The officers and men on the New Zealand station whose .time has expired will return to England by the Dunedin and she will come back with practically a new crew.
