PUBLIC EXECUTION.
BULGARIAN OUTRAGES. ' CONSPIRATORS DOOMED. THREE THOUSAND IN PRISON. , (Reuter.) (Received 9.15 a.m.), Sofia, June 14. A court-martial ordered the public execution. of Lieutenant-Colonel Miltenoff and three other anarchists, including a woman, who were found guilty of participating in, secret org«*i* isations or furnishing, arms to com* spirators. A captain, who was similarly sentenced, committed suicide o® the point of arrest. Those condemned wer© ordered to pay conjointly twelve million leva damages. The Minister for War informed the Chamber that over three thousand were in prisons awaiting courtmartial.
