In judgment summons cases orders for payment were made as follows: —- W. J. Bright v. P; Q. Waller, £6 Is (costs £1 -Is), forthwith, in default eight days' imprisonment; C. E. Brooke v. John Tuki, £4 4s 3d forthwith, in default five days' imprisonmeivt; and Sutton v. " Joe Epai, £23 4s 6d (£1 lis Bd) tfjrtjnwith, in default 25 days' imprisonment j Bennett and Sutton v. Charles. Hopkinson, £2 lis 9d' forthwith, in default three "days' imprisonment. In the judgment summons case, Harry Caplen v. Andrew Hansen and Neil Anton Hansen, the plaintiff's i solicitor stated that N. A. Hansen had paid £lo' 5s 3d off th© claim of £2O 10s Gd. An order was . niade( against each debtor to pay £lO 5s 3d, with costs £1 lis 6d forthwith, in default 12 days' imprisonment.
