(To the Editor “Stratford Evening Post.’’)

Sir, —I see that the Stratford Returned Soldiers’ Association lias decided to wind up its affairs and is now exercised over the question of how to dispose of its funds in hand. Might I suggest that the sum might very, well be given to the School Committee for expenditure on the school bath. There is every indication that, without outside help of some sort, the School Committee anil never have enough money to put. the hatlhl in Order. This suggestion should meet the wishes, of the executive of the R.S.A., as expressed in! their recent resolution —the bath is a local ‘institution and is used by the public, so that the donation would servo as recognition of tho help extended to the Association by citizens of Stratford. Excellent as are all the other suggestions for the disposal of the money, surely this one most fully fills the bill as regards “necessitous circumstances.” —I am, etc;
