Buckley, who was suspended from -the position of New South Wales secretary by the Federal evecutive of the Railway Union, on Tuesday, ha { | warrants issued yesterday for the arrest of Heely, formerly New South Wales acting-sec-retary, and Connors, former eecutive officer, on charges of conspiring to defraud the union of certain sums of money. These men surrendered themselves to the police. Buckley was suspended for takiing action .without consulting the executive.
