SUPREME COURT
CREAM TEST CASES, Per Press Association, Palmerston North, May 7. The second of the cream test casea was commenced this morning in the Supreme Court, Henry Simpson and Alfred Wright being charged that during October last they conspired to defraud the Cheltenham Dairy Company of £2B by furnishing falsa cream tests to the company. Accused pleaded not guilty. The case wag similar to that heard yesterday when Simpson and a supplier named Thom* asea were acquitted oo*a-Hke charge.
