A letter was read from the parent Association relative to the remits which had been submitted for consideration. two of which had been omitted from the agenda for reasons slated.

The Chairman mentioned that be had made arrangements with Mr J. R Richards fur the club to vhsifc the Stratford Demonstration Farm ...on Wednesday. It whs decided to invite ; H affiliated clubs to be present on the date mentioned, when the local club would' do its best to make the day interesting and enjoyable.'
