BOXING
ALLEGED COMBINE IN NEW YORK (Received 10.45 a.m.) New York, January 22. Charg/ that boxing in America is dominated by a powerful combine consisting of Messrs Rickard and Ringling (the circus king) and the Sports Alliance were made at the annual session of the National Boxing Association held at Louisville, Kentucky. It was declared that as long as the c/mbine was in control, few championships would over be staged outside New York.
