Letters lid Letter-cards.—lnland for the first 2oz. or fraction thereof, and Id for each additional 2 oz. o r fraction thereof. All other places to which Postal Union rates do not. apply, lid for the first ounce or fraction thereof, and Id for each additional ounce or fraction thereof. Late frca 2d. fragile fep of 6d is charged on all inland parcels that do not exceed 4ft. length and girth combined and of 9d on those that exceed 4ft. length and girth combined, which parcels the senders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees, however do not apply to parcels containing fishing rods, golf sticks or similar articles that exceed 3ft 6in. in length. Insurance of Parcels.—lnland. 3d up to £2

Packets (comprising commercial papers, hooks, and printed papers, pattern and sample packets, and Unregistered magazines).
