GERMAN SEPARATISTS
VIOLENT SCENES AT CLADBACH CROWD GET OUT OF HAND. (The Times.) (Received 10.30 a.m.) London, August 28. The Times' Cologne correspondent says thei'e wore violent scenes at a Soparatiit meeting at Munchen Gladbach. A crowd of twenty thousand chased the Separatists into a meeting hall with sticks and stones, snatching their bannors and belabouring them with flagpoles. Shots were fired. Belgian police restored order. The crowd later at an impromptu meeting passed a resolution condemning the Separatist movement.
