Chinese Bandits
CATHOLIC CHURCH BURNED.

The Italian Legation states that according to news from Laonokow, Hupen bandits burned tho Italian Catholic Church at Tzeno, and attempted to seize Father Lello, who escaped.
Tho Italian Minister sent a strong Noto to Wai Chiao-pu, declaring he will hold the Chinese Government responsible, and haa made a reservation asking for an indemnity in proportion to the damages caused by the bandits.
