The Republican programme issued on the eve of the in Ireland is a, catalogue of fair promises, inter alia: Justice and Brotherhood; Abolition of Murder Gangs;
Safeguarding of Life and Property; Religious and Political Toleration, wiping out all internal dissension and btternessj
The ending of unemployment by remunerative works; Development of Industries; Provision of Workers' Houses; Restoration of the Irish Language to its rightful place;
And finally, an Offer to England of Pqace based on the Sovereignty and Integrity of the Irish Nation. The programme offers north-east Ulster peace based on such a measure of local autonomy as is consistent with the unity of Ireland.
