The polling in the Free State elections has been fixed for Monday, which has been declared a holiday. All parties are feverishly active and confident. Mrs De Valera has sent to Mr Cosgrave (Premier) a peremptory demand for information regarding Do Valera’s present whereabouts.
It is now announced that Mr Cosgrave will personally head a delegation to the League of Nations seeking the Free State’s admission.

The Dublin correspondent of the Daily Express says de Valera will not bo released, whether elected foe Clare or not. It is clear to-day that the Government party will return with a good working majority, ' and the new - DaiJ will contain an overwhelming number of pro-Treatyites.
There need be no further anxiety about the possibility of de Valera emerging to resume the campaign of destruction.
