j Mr McCbmbs presented a petition against the House proceeding with Religious Exercises in Schools Bill, introduced .by Mr Isitt .
Replying, to tliei Hon. Ha nan. who mentioned that a number . o'f traders-in Otago were at a. disadvantage through being unable to obtain a certain, brand of flour owing to the action of distributors, the Minister of Customs said ‘the letter hail already been inquired into, and it was ascertained that the flour mentioned could be obtained if reasonable notice were given. The Minister saiid he hoped "to get the Bolted of Trade reconstituted, so that, ft would have power to investigate such matters.
