Letters and Letter-cards.—lnland sid for the first 2oz. or fraction thereof, and id for each additional 2 oz. or fraction thereof. All other places to which Postal Union rates do not apply, lid for the first ounce or fraction thereof, and Id for eaeli additional ounce or fraction thereof. Late free 2d. A fragile fee of 6d is charged on all inland parcels that do not exceed 4ft. length and girth combined and of 9d on those that exceed 4ft. length and girth combined, which parcels the senders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees, however do not apply to parcels containing fishing rods, golf sticks or similar articles that exceed 3ft dinin length. Insurance of Parcels.—lnland, 3d up to £3 Packets (comprising commercial j>apers. books, and printed papers, pattern and sample packets, and Unregistered magazines). Inland; Id not exceeding 2oz. over 2oz. and not. exceeding 4ozs. l)d and lid for each additional 4 oz. or fraction thereof up to 111), and 2d for each additional ll> or fraction thereof np to 51b. Registered Magazines.—lnland 2d for each copy if not exceeding Sozs, and Id for each additional Sozs or fraction thereof. Australia Fiji and islands in Pacific to which postage is the same as in Australia at present.—Ditto. Newspapers.-—lnland, id each. Registration.—i For any place 3d. Postal Notes—Up to 2s 6d id; 3s to 15s 2d; 20s. 3d.
