The Daily Telegraph's Madrid correspondent says: The Cabinet is divided on the question of despatching further reinforcements to Morocco, and it is claimed that 140,000 troops are already there, being sufficient to meet the case, and it would be dangerous to send more in view of the country's antipathy towards the Moroccan adventure.
