The Directors and Citizens 1 Committee feel that it is no use trying to launch the company afresh without adequate capital, and they are satisfied that the £60,000 will enabla the works to be carried on successfully. The whole works can he got for £135,000, which includes materials, etc., worth over £20,000. It is the last £25,000 which is the hardest to get. It is now that all help is most required. Mr Farmer and Mr Business Man, you who have not subscribed as yet, will you do the necessary by taking up a few shares? Consider what it means to the fanner who will be assured of a profitable outlet for his stock, hides, etc., also for his pigs, which are going to. play an increasing part in the fanner's operations.
