Irish Free State

!'wssß Association--Copyrtght Australian and N.Z, Table Association • London, August 13. The Dublin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, commenting on the Irish elections, states there is little doubt of the return of the present admiinisitration, whose credit was never so high as at present. The people are now realising the benefits of a Dominion status. The Free State is slowly and surely evolving order out of chaos. Only in one respect does the election bear similarity to its predecessors, and that is in the absence of pronounced political part'es, eseept de Valera, whose power is steadily diminishing. All the other groups appealing to the electorates are protreaty, differing from the Government only on minor points. Proportional representation and complete adult suffrage will be exercised for the first time.
