Letters and Letter-cards.—lnland Hd for the first 2ojb. or fraction thereof, and Id fo r each additional 2 oz. or fraction thereof. A fragile fee of 6d is charged on all inland parcels that do not exceed 4ft. length and sixth combined and of 9 ( ] on those that exceed 4ft. length and girth combined, which parcels the senders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees, however do not apply to parcels containing fishing rods,*,golf sticks or similar articles that exceed 3ft 6in. in length. Insurance of Parcels.—lnland, 3d up to £2.
