SUDDEN DEATH IN COWSHED. Per Press Association. Te Awamutu, August 14. John McKenzie, aged about 65, was found dead in a cowshed at Pukeatua on Sunday. He was engaged by a farmer on Saturday. At the inquest this morning the evidence showed that deceased entered the shed with his employer, and the latter went away for a few minutes, but on returning found the deceased lying on the concrete floor dead. He had recently been working at Puketurua, and said he had previously been farming in Taranaki, near Hawera. He also said he was a widower with two married daughters m Taranaki and Pukekohe, otherwise his identity is unknown. The medical eviebnw showed that heart failure was tlie cause of death, and a verdict was returned accordingly.
