ALTERATIONS AT BiSLEY. (United Service). (Received 9.50 a.m.) London, August 8. The Bisley. committee of the National Rifle Association decided on a reduction of the buTs eye at 200 yards to six instead of eight inches, at 390 to eight instead of ten inches at GOO, sixteen in-tend of t.verity inches; inners to thi ty instead of thirty-six inches; the magpio to forty-five instead of forty-eight inches.
