While riding a motor cycle on Tuesdny morning, Mr T. H. J3ransgrove had the misfortune to break his collarbone. He wa 8 subsequently attended by Dr. Gordon, an is now progressing as well as can be expected. A serious accident occurred at Huiroa yesterday afternoon when Mr J. A. Stanford,.of Huiroa, who wa s riding a motor cycle at a point known as Sinclair's Hill, lost control of his machine and fell to the ground. He was picked up unconscious and conveyed to the Stratford Public Hospital. It is reported that he received injuries to his head and when picked up wafc unconscious but has since regained consciousness.
