Williamson, owner of Coo 1 Stimulants, challenged tho correctness of the sca’es, and the judicial committee was summoned. After hearing expert evidence as to the scales it was decided to award the stake to Cool Stimulants. In tho meantime, however, tho dividends had been paid out to the holders to tickets on E’sie Aroha and >Rute Sound, and there vas much feeling displayed hy the holders of tickets on Cool Stimulants.
