Two Brothers Drowned.
SAD ACCIDENT AT FOXTON. Per Press Association. Foxton, March 27. A drowning fatality occurred on Robinson’s Lake yesterday afternoon. Samuel Baker ad Peter Baker, brothers, aged 26 and 24 years respectively, both being married, were drowned. They were out fishing in a boat for eels, being accompanied by a lad named John Gup-well, when the boilt, swamped. Samuel Baker was assisting the hoy when he saw his brother was in. difficulties, ahd he swiam back to him, and both disappeared. The bodies have not yet been recovered.
