It is reported that Mr Lloyd George refuse 8 to be stampeded into war by Franc?, the latter having decided to give Wrangel every material support without waiting for the result of the Russo-Pol'sh negotiations. Radical Labour circles interpret the decision as a deliberate* breach of the Hythe agreement, with a full appreciation of the consequences. NEW CHINESE PREMIER.
