'A meeting of the Welimgjjpiiy. district executive of the resolutions endorsing the;l action) Of the executive sub-committee in electing Perry and Smith to the vacancies caused by the resignation of Bell and Gurfayne; that the resolution of the "Wellington R.S.A. regarding the appointments on the Dominion snb-ex-ecutivo is ultra vires> that the Wellington R.S.A. (at least portion of it) is bringing the cause of the R.S.A. into disrepute and ridicule, and that it be a recommendation to Mr Sievwright to express his indignation by resigning from the R.S.A., 'and, if necessary, by forming a new Association.
