OPEN LETTER TO MR ROBERT MASTERS.
(To the Editor, "Stratford Evening
Post.")
Sir,—Please pardon mo for pointing out to you that in this election we have a man fighting and bleeding for us, while you were snugly at home, and it is to be hoped that the people of Stratford who were so patriotic will play the game, and if tne y can " not vote Hine—stop at home! This letter is strictly non-partisan, it being a matter of indifference to the writer, whether, a man i 8 a Ward, M'assey or Labor supporter, for • I cannot stand by and see a soldier jumped"on and neither, Hine nor any of his supporters know anything of its origin whatever. I am, etc.,
FATHER OF SOLDIERS. (A portion of this advertisement is excised as objectionable.—Ed. Stratford Post.)
