I t is announced thai? the liner l'mperwtor will be allowed to sail from Nev York for Halifax despite the fact* she had bunkered 7500 tons of coal. The British Ministry of shipping expressed regret, .and stated that it would replace the etscess coal amounting to 6VKK) tons.
