A Geneva message states that Lenin, in an interview says; We are seeking to annihilate the power of money in the world; hence, hundreds of thousands of rouble ncftes are being issued , daily frora the Bolshevik Treasury, with the deliberate intention of destroying the value of money. As it is impossible to rout out capitalism by confiscation, wo arc flooding the country with notes , without financial guarantees of ntoy sort. Lenin, who is also entertaining vast agricultural schemes, is under th e influence of Confucius, whom he is studying. The scheme is based on the manufacture of a great quantity of scientific agricultural machinery, and implements, with which he intends to develop Russian resources with the utmost rapidity.
