The Press Bureau states that the Independent Air Force attacked on Tuesday night two important chemical works at Mannheim with good resujlts, also blast furnaces at Bur-j'-iach, railways at Thionville and Offenburg and the aerodrome at Hagenau. Direct hits were noted on all targets.
