THE KING'S CINEMA. "AMERICAN ARISTOCRACY." The now programe for to-night at tlie King's Cinema includes the fivereel Triangle film "American Aristocracy" in which Douglas Fairbanks is the leading figure and he has never done hotter work. He takes the part of Cassius Lee, a wealthy young man who finds the monotony of life rather horesomo. Rut one day an unknown and pretty girl leaps from a motor-ear and hisses him. This is hecause she has sworn to kiss the first man who fills her ideas of what a man should look like. She is Miss Hicks, the character heing portrayed hy Jewel Carmen. After kissing Lee she motors off. He swears to find succeeds in doing so, hut iu the seach .stumbles on a gun-running plot in which Mexicans 'are concerned. Fairbanks in tracking down the plotters goes through a hurricane of adventures working off some startling athletic stunts. The final episode of "The Neglected Wife" series is also to be screened. RETURNED SOLDIERS' BALL. Arrangements are welf forward for the plain and fancy dress ball to be held in the Town Hall on Thursday next hy the Stratford Returned Soldiers' Association.
