ALEXIFF'S OFFENSIVE.

Moscow reports that General Alexieff has taken the offensive against the Bolsheviks near Blagovestchensk, with considerable Cossack forces and a strong detachment of White Guards. It is reported that a strong representative government has been established at Omsk, and that Central and West Siberia are now free from Bolshevik and war prisoner danger. Comparative calm prevails. The Rus-so-German front has been re-estab-lished on the line of the Don territory, Sarataff, Samara, Penan and Vologda. The Germans are moving up troops from the occupied territory. It is urged that the Allies should despatch troops to the Ural region before Germany anticipates them.
