A London cable states that Lord Thynn'e, a member of the House of Commons, lias been killed in action.

Lieutenant L .W. Dean, N.Z.F.A., eldest son of the Rev. Oliver Dean, of Napier, who left with the Main Body and had seen four years' service, has been killed in action. ■
