HAMILTON WILL CASE.

The Chief Justice to-day gave judgment regarding the will of the late 'Andrew Casey, of Hamilton who left residue of estate of £25,665 to the Catholic Church. His Honor said that under the will the Church stood to benefit to the extent of £15,397. He commented on the fact that none of the children were physically strong, and some, even witli the legacy left under the will, would he unable to maintain themselves. His Honor was of opinion that certain fixed gifts to the church at Hamilton should stand, and that an increase to the widow should come out of the residue; and he further thought that each of the ton children should receive £BOO in addition to the sums allowed under the will of £2OO and £3OO, and that £BOO of accumulated interest should be divided among the claimants. An order was made that the total costs should come out of the estate.
