Informal peace negotiations between Dr. Kuhlmann (German Foreign Minister), Count Czernin (Austrian Premier) Dr. Radoslavoff (Bulgarian Premier) and General Averescue (Roumanian Premier) were discussed on Saturday at Castel Bufftea, near Bucharest. The Central Powers’ terras comprise territorial acquisitions for Bulgaria and economic facilities for Austro-Germany, M. Averescue lias left for Jassy to consult the King. He obtained a fr-.v days’ grace for the Roumanians’ reply.
