Venizelos’s speech dealing with German propagandist methods, the Greek Chamber ordered a proclamation instituting martial law throughout Greece. M. Venizelos declared that the late Government obtained a large German loan solely for the purpose of keeping up mobilisation against the Entente. SERVICES AMALGAMATED.
